LeadFlow AI provides AI-powered lead qualification and follow-up services for home service businesses. This includes the setup and management of AI text and voice agents that automatically contact, qualify, and follow up with inbound leads on your behalf.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment you authorize LeadFlow AI to charge the amount shown at checkout.
After payment is received, LeadFlow AI will reach out within 24 hours to send an onboarding form and DocuSign agreement. Your system will be built and go live within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding information and signed agreement.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time directly through the customer portal — no emails, no phone calls required.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your system was never built due to an error on LeadFlow AI's end, you are entitled to a full refund. LeadFlow AI guarantees the delivery and operation of the AI system as described. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as leads converted, revenue generated, or appointments booked. Results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, market, and lead volume.
LeadFlow AI collects business information provided during onboarding for the sole purpose of building and operating your AI system. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Lead data collected through your system belongs to you.
The AI systems and workflows built by LeadFlow AI remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the system during your active subscription. Upon cancellation, access to the system is discontinued.
LeadFlow AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period.
LeadFlow AI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email.
